Shipping & Returns


Shipping Privacy

All Products are shipped directly from storage. When we shipped out products, we will supply tracking number for you.
There is 48 hours processing period once payment is received. Once products are shipped, we will email you with tracking number so you may track your order.   You will have your products within 3-5 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed in same day and received by customers within 2-4. Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.  
We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. Any unclaimed package will not be resent without shipping charges! Make sure that you give a valid and complete address when ordering, and make sure you are available to claim your package. We will not resend orders returned due to being unclaimed by customers without shipping charges.

Out of Stock
If products are out of stock, We will call you or send you an message in WhatsApp. Please add our contacts in your list so you get our messages in WhatsApp.

Exchange policy
All exchanges must be addressed within 48 hours of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all products must be in original, unworn, same condition, with original packing and proper 360 degree opening video or you will not qualify for an exchange.

Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong colour/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.
We will exchange if we sent incorrect products by mistake or damage in transit.

*100% RETURNS WILL NOT HAPPEN WITHOUD AN VALID ABOVE MENTIONED REASONS, BECAUSE STRICLY QUALITY CONTROL WOULD HAVE DONE FOR EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT 3 TIMES BEFORE DISPATCH BY THE TEAM.

We will not accept returns or exchange just because the customer decides they no longer want a Product, or because the customer has picked the wrong product or because the customer thought they would look different from the pictures.
Read our policy and make sure you select the correct product, colour, and ask any questions about the products before you purchase! Our customer support team is very much active in Instagram and WhatsApp.


Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered
on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments
may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If
there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via
email or phone.
Shipping Time Domestic Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the
date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors
beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen
circumstances.


Return and Refund policy

Return


We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item
to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved
within 2 days
Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.



Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more
than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact
